We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and location to major shopping complexes. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with instant hot water in the shower. We were 

Chilled-out base for a vacation in Hat Yai! We liked the fact that we chose bp grand tower.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel offered 15-minutes direct walk to kim yong market. Downtown Hat Yai district is worth your attention. The property was situated very close to the tuk tuk to for 10 bath bus stop, just 15 minutes walking distance 

Recently refurbished rooms: The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay during my business trip.

Limited TV channels and internet issues: The TV channels were quite limited, and the internet connection was unreliable during my stay.
